BC-47a-N2-i $2 Multicolored Ascending/Descending Ladder Radar

Hi all. I have an offer to purchase a $2 multicolored ascending/descending ladder radar at my club meeting next week.

It is a BC-42a Lawson-Bouey BC modified note; I do not remember the prefix but the S/N is 5678765 and the note is at minimum Ch. Unc.

 I know that Charlton lists this note at $400; How much do you think it is worth?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. He is offering to sell me the note for $200.

I  think  it  is   worth  it.  i  really  am  surprised  that  ladders  do  not  go    for  more.  cheers  Polarbear
