My suggestion is that there should be little premium applied to a Devils AU note.

They are already worth more than the modified portrait
Coyne-Towers $50: $650 Modified $50: around $150
Coyne-Towers $100 : $500 Modified $100: around $200

There should be no premium added to devils face notes (unless radar, low number or 10M number) as the prices are already more than 200% higher than the modified variety.

there should be a bit of a premium. It is quite hard to find a devils face in AU condition!

There are plenty around, whether you can find them or not is a different story.

For sure I'll agree with Squid on this one, just go to any Numismatic show and you will find them. My tongue gets kind of dry from all that drooling. When I'm after a certain Unc note it would be one of the first places I look.

I am going to the Torex show this year  :D

But I am still short of cash for what I am currently looking for  :( (I am looking for Devils Head Notes in Unc condition, but I am looking for scarcer prefix's)          Example $1= H/A or T/A     $2=D/B or I/B     $5= I already have a C/C in C.Unc+     $10=E/D or J/D    $20=B/E or E/E

Do you think any of these will be at Torex in Unc or better condition?

I am also looking for a 1954 Mod. series $2 Test Note S/R in VF or EF grade (Just so I can say I own one)

I am sure some of these notes will be available as there are a large number of dealers at the show.
What I would also suggest  is to ask forum members if they have any of the mentioned notes for sale. You never know what people are willing to sell unless they are asked. Sometimes you may even be able to meet some of the members at Torex and check out what they have.

I'm still not sure if I should purchase stuff from the forum yet!

Nothing about the members.

I can say from experience that many of the forum members sell quality items.
If your not sure about them, ask a moderator, or other members. You may be surprised that many of the members will have items of higher quality and grading than some of the dealers at the shows.
