Charlton #375-16-06
Hard to grade from scan especially without seeing the other side, but it looks to be at least Fine and quite possibly Very Fine.
Book values
F - $525
VF - $900
BUT a similar note graded VF 25 by PMG just sold for $2,530 US in an auction a few days ago.
Whether this price level is sustainable or a temporary aberration remains to be seen.
