1862 US Postal Currency

News: Welcome to the Canadian Paper Money Forum.

I found this yesterday looking through some old books. I don't have any info on US Currency. I know there isn't a "Beat Up" grade, so would this grade at a really low good or would it be referred to as poor? Help with value would be appreciated.

Wasn't sure if I should post here or under US Currency, so I apologize if I posted it in the wrong place.
