Hello All,  I'm new to the forum and would like to say hi.  Here's a few things about me;

1.   Name:                       Dave Thompson      
2.   Town I call Home:       Burnaby, British Columbia
3.   Birthplace:                 Richmond hill, Ontario
4.   Righty or Lefty:           Lefty
5.   Pie or Cake:               Pie
6.   Weaknesses:             The inability to spent UNC notes, Always using
                                      $20's at Timmy's solely to check the $5's.  

7.   Fears:                         Debit Machines                  
8.   Perfect Pizza:              Pizza Hut Canadian
9.   Want List notes:            DOC 1914 $2,   1935 $100 Eng.
10. Favorite Coffee:           Tim Hortons D/D
11. Favorite Signature Set:  Beattie/Coyne
12. Radar or Rotator:          Radar
13. Odd Habits:                  Working all day with coins & paper money then
                                         coming home and doing the same.

14. Phrase heard Most Often:   Yes Hon, I checked the serial #s.
15. Phrase said Most Often:      Honey, did you check those bills?

Hope you all got a chuckle, I've been collecting for 15 years now and married for less than 1, I enjoy both greatly. In my spare time I work part-time in a coin and stamp shop learning alot and finding new interests along the way.
 I've always found this a valuable forum for news and information and I hope to contribute whenever possible.  Thanks Dave.

So true! I'm always getting everyone around me to check serial numbers. People have even picked up the habit and are checking all their bills and reporting back to me with their finds  ;D.
