I believe that *L/S is the rarest $5 to find in the 1954 modified $5 Series. The book says that there are 32,000 printed VS 8,000 for *R/C Beattie-Coyne yet you see more of them around then you would see *L/S. There is no registry for *L/S, just wondering if anyone knows how many actually are known. You never see *L/S!

I'm guessing $650. What's anyone else thinking?

The L/S that sold for $1,656.51 was in Unc. and sold by a reputable collector.
